1. Preamble
The website Auto Coverage is owned and operated by Aterials LLC, a company specializing in digital marketing.
Aterials LLC has its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
Aterials LLC is not an insurance distributor. The Company connects prospects with companies offering vehicle protection products and services.
2. Definitions
"T&Cs" refer to these Terms and Conditions of Use.
"Site" refers to the Auto Coverage website.
"Company" refers to Aterials LLC, creator and owner of the Site.
"User" refers to any natural person using the Site to connect with a Professional.
"Professional" refers to any natural or legal person acting within their professional activity and offering products or services via the Company. The User may become a "Client" of the Professional if a contract is concluded.
"Applicable Legislation" refers to all laws and regulations applicable to online activity, including Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), where applicable.
3. Purpose
These T&Cs govern the relationship between the Company and Users accessing or using the Site. Any use of the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
4. Company Services
The Company provides a connection service between Users and Professionals offering vehicle protection products and services.
5. Site Accessibility
The Company endeavors to ensure continuous access to the Site but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical constraints may temporarily suspend access.
The Company shall not be liable for interruptions due to force majeure, internet service provider failures, or insufficient network coverage.
Users are presumed to be of legal age unless proven otherwise.
6. Lawful Use of the Site
Users agree to use the Site lawfully and in accordance with its intended purpose. Any misuse may result in liability under applicable laws.
7. Pricing
Access to the Site and the connection service between Users and Professionals is free of charge.
8. Liability
8.1 Company Liability
The Company undertakes to perform its obligations with reasonable care and diligence. It shall not be liable for failures caused by third parties, Users, Professionals, or force majeure.
8.2 User Liability
Users shall not engage in any unlawful activity, unfair competition, or misuse of the Site. Users are responsible for all damages caused by breaches of these T&Cs or Applicable Legislation.
Users acknowledge that: the Company is bound only by a best-effort obligation; the Company does not intervene in User–Professional relationships; the Company is not responsible for disputes between Users and Professionals.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (texts, visuals, logos, software, databases, etc.) is the exclusive property of the Company or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited and may constitute infringement.
10. Modifications and Updates
The Company reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The updated version shall apply upon publication, and continued use of the Site implies acceptance.
11. Miscellaneous
If any provision is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.
12. Governing Law – Disputes – Complaints – Mediation
These T&Cs are governed by applicable law, without depriving Users residing in another jurisdiction of mandatory consumer protections under their national law.
